Ingredients
- 2 Nests (Servings) of Via Emilia Zucchini Spirals
- 1 tbsp pasta sauce
- Parmesan Cheese
- Cherry Tomatoes
Preparation
- Just add the Zucchini Spirals to a skillet and sauté them up over medium heat. It only takes 2-3 minutes.
- Take the skillet from the heat and add you favorite pesto sauce. Mix gently
- Serve in a medium bowl. Add Parmesan Cheese and Cherry Tomato
